Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Explain what your business does and what you want to improve. We’ll recommend a sensible starting point and confirm the scope and costs before you decide. Enquiring does not place an order.

Can you work with my existing website or tools?

We check what your current setup and account plans allow. Any paid services or changes needed are explained in the quote before work starts.

What is the difference between the website support plans?

Standard covers routine care and the small-update allowance on your website package. Plus adds a defined monthly package of website, design and on-page SEO work. Unlimited covers unlimited requests and revisions within the included services, handled one task at a time with turnaround agreed for each task. New builds, major redesigns and larger projects are separately quoted. Plus and Unlimited prices are tailored to your agreed setup.

Who owns the finished work?

Once the build fee is paid, your custom code and content are yours. Your domain and service accounts stay in your name. Third-party services retain their own licences and subscription requirements.

Do I have to learn or manage AI?

No. You explain the result you need; we handle tool selection, setup, connections and testing. Some jobs work best with straightforward rules. Where AI helps, we agree what it can do and where your approval is needed.
